We are going to again in this area of the website show how the bigot and racist Stella Reddy along with the enablers, Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio allowed Stella Reddy’s willfully tried to discriminate and deliberately tried to inconvenience and harass the interracial married couple / tenants.

It will once again be show how the Caucasian racist Stella Reddy deliberately lies about the interracial married couple / tenants and tries to portray them as uncooperative and liars.

Stella Reddy again tries to use her Caucasian complexion as a tool to discredit the interracial married couple / tenants. While Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio deliberately stand by and watch, saying nothing.

Less than one month after Stella Reddy started working at 859 Kennedy Road, and tried refusing to take and the interracial married couple / tenants $121 in cash that they paid every month for 14 months to pay the difference in their rent.

Stella Reddy came up with a new scheme to try and discriminate and inconvenience and harass the the interracial married couple / tenants

( Document # 1 ) – The interracial married couple / tenants find a letter in their mailbox from Stella Reddy stating in a threatening and bullying manner that their barbecues is “not allowed under City of Toronto Fire Code regulations, as they require BBQ’s to be at least 9 feet away from doors and windows. I had to research this fact a few years ago when the management I worked for at the time wanted to put in a bbq area for the tenants. As we are here to ensure the safety of all tenants it is our job to enforce rules, so your co-operation would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping by August 5th to see all these items gone or I will have no alternative than to proceed to the landlord and Tenant Board for enforcement.

Let us note that at this exact time the interracial married couple / tenants had been living at 859 Kennedy Road for 14 months with their barbecue on their balcony, in full few of anyone passing by.

Let us note that at this exact time the owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio we well aware of it and never had a single issue with it.

Let us note that at this exact time there we other units / tenants that also had barbecues prior and after the interracial couple / tenants moved into the building on their balconies.

Let us note that at this exact time there was nothing in the interracial married couple / tenants application that stated THEY COULD NOT HAVE a barbecue. ( There was no lease )

It appears that Stella Reddy took it upon herself to enforce a ban on ALL barbecues ban at 859 Kennedy Road. While her enablers, Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio stood around and did nothing to stop her.

August 2, 2016

Early that morning the male from the interracial married couple / tenants took their pet dog Cassie out to go to the bathroom. Upon going out and coming into the building. He noticed Stella Reddy in the buildings office that was in the building lobby.

( Documents # 2, 3, 4 ) – The male from the interracial married couple / tenants went to the unit and grabbed some documents that he had previously prepared to give to Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy in regards to the all barbecues need to be removed letter that was previous left in their mailbox dated July 28, 2016.

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants went to the office and handed Stella Reddy the printed pages from the City of Toronto website in regards to what where the actual facts about the Use of BBQ on a balcony. The male from the interracial married couple / tenants stated “I think you have misread the act in regards to BBQ’s and balconies”

The printout stated – Under the Fire Code, there are no restrictions on balcony barbecues. There are however guidelines regarding outdoor propane and natural gas tanks under the Ontario Propane and Natural Gas Code, which must be followed.

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants also supplied Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy with a copy of the TSSA ( Technical Standards & Safety Authority ) 2 page requirements print from their website that stated – Using propane BBQ’s on the balcony? You may be one of many Ontarians who live in an apartment or condominium – but are you aware of the safety issues and restrictions involved when using barbecues on balconies?, If barbecues are permitted in your building, there are still some regulations you need to be aware of.

  • The balcony must be open ( no closures or walls have been erected )
  • Cylinders must be transported in a service elevator. When no service elevators, the person must use the passengers elevator alone to transport the Cylinder.
  • Cylinders must be kept outdoors.
  • The barbecue must be clear of all combustible materials
  • The cylinder relief valve must be at least one meter horizontally from any building opening below it, and three meters from building intake.

Stella Reddy quickly eyeballed the documents for approximately 10 seconds and the male from the interracial married couple / tenants stated “A window and a door is not considered to be a building intake.”

Stella Reddy indignantly replied “all propane tanks have to be 9 feet away from any opening, and therefore they do not meet fire code requirements set by the city of Toronto.” 

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants stated “What you are doing is taking some of one part and adding some of another part and making up your own rules.”

The cylinder must be three meters from any building opening.

Stella Reddy abruptly cut the male from the interracial married couple / tenants off and stated in a bully tone “In my 20 plus years as a superintendent, I have had to research this as I have seen MANY propane tanks exploded.”

Stella Reddy continued “In my last building, before I got ill with Cancer, there was a barbecue area right next to the building. One day a propane tank suddenly exploded right next to a gentleman who was barbecuing and it caused the building to catch on fire causing a huge amount of damage.”

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants replied “WOW, I have never heard of any propane tanks exploding on news here in Toronto, let alone causing a building to go up into flames.”

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants then stood there for a few seconds just looking at Stella Reddy thinking how she was an outright liar.

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants stated “interesting” and then just turned around and walk out of the office. Amazed about how Stella Reddy was willing to make herself look like a bold face liar just to try and prove her inaccurate point.

April 17, 2017

( Documents # 5, 6, 7, 8 ) – Almost 9 months later the interracial married couple / tenants again find again a 2nd letter that was 4 pages long letter in their mailbox that was created by Stella Reddy and her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio stating “Please remove all storage items from your balcony as only seasonal furniture items are allowed. If you have A BBQ, please remove completely as our balconies do not meet requirements for BBQ’s.”

It appears that Stella Reddy and her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio had not yet given up on their mission to have the interracial married couple / tenants remove their barbecues.

Stella Reddy and her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio had even gone as far too now include the same paper work that the male of the interracial married couple / tenant had supplied Stella Reddy with back on August 2, 2016 that clearly did not support their claims that the building “balconies do not meet requirements for BBQ’s.”

What is amazing is that maybe Stella Reddy just is not very educated enough to understand what she was reading in regards to the city of Toronto bylaws and barbecues.

But her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio, are business owners with multiple properties and one would expect that they could comprehend what they were reading.

And still they deliberately decided to try and stand behind and enforce Stella Reddy’s new ban on ALL barbecues from their building. Despite there being nothing in tenants leases or applications not permitting barbecues.

Now this may appear as inconspicuous and not relevant, but it again goes back to the pattern of behavior by Stella Reddy who always lies to get what she wants.

Just like her Obsessive Compulsive Behavior about barbecues in the building where she has on numerously and deliberately on occasion threatened tenants with legal action if they did not remove their barbecues. The whole time quoting a City of Toronto bylaw where she has clearly and obviously taken 2 different segments of two different bylaws to make up her own bylaw to try and justify her Obsessive Compulsive Behavior need to get rid of the the interracial married couple / tenant barbecues to try and inconvenience and harass them.

Stella Reddy and her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio never do clarify what section it is exactly in the documents that they are referring to when claiming “our balconies do not meet requirements for BBQ’s.”

Stella Reddy also stated on August 15, 2018 in a legal document “The property owners were concerned over BBQ and as it is their property I was enforcing it. It has always been my belief that as long as the property owners follow all rules they should, they are able to say what they are willing to have on their property. As tenants are only renting the apartment they live in, they don’t own it so therefore have no say in what they can and can’t do. THEY ARE STILL THE ONLY TENANTS WITH A BBQ ON THEIR BALCONY.

Reviewing the pictures and videos below that were taken on August 15, 2018. The very same day that Stella Reddy made this same deliberately false claim in her attempt to portray the the interracial married couple / tenants as liars ans trouble makers.

One will see that in fact there are 4 other tenants in the same building that also have barbecues.

What Stella Reddy amazingly and deliberately does not mention in her legal document is that not only does unit #407 have a barbecue, but this tenant is her very her own sister Cindy Jones.

YES, you read correctly. Cindy Jones who lives 6 doors down the hall from her sister Stella Reddy has a barbecue!

Now Stella Reddys wants people to believe her deliberate and racist intentional false claims that interracial married couple / tenantsARE STILL THE ONLY TENANTS WITH A BBQ ON THEIR BALCONY.”

Stella Reddy knowingly tries to portray the only unit of the 5 units with barbecues. The only unit that conveniently has a black female living in it, as being the Angry Black Woman who is again being uncooperative and just a lying trouble maker.

Let us remember that Stella Reddy played this The Objectifying / Prop Routine with the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy who was actively guilty of partaking and silently authorizing the Caucasian Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio in their racist, prejudice, discriminatory behavior and victimization of the interracial married couple / tenants.when she and her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio tried to portray the female from the interracial married couple / tenants

Stella Reddy does all this under the The Due Diligence / Doing My Job Routine as she states “The property owners were concerned over BBQ and as it is their property I was enforcing it.

All the while hoping to subtle convince the government of Canada institute that she is I Am The Caucasian / Canadian In The Room Routine in her attempts to portray the female of the interracial married couple / tenants as a stereotype, ill–mannered, and ill–tempered, loud, aggressive, demanding, and uncivilized Angry Black Woman ( Sapphire ).

And this is what anti-black racism looks like. Stella Reddy knew there were 4 other units in the building that had barbecues at the time she made her racist statement. 1 of the 4 being her very own sister Cindy Jones.

But Stella Reddy consciously only singles out the only interracial married couple / tenants in her racist lie about no one having a barbecues.

It is clear that Stella Reddy and her enablers Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio were targeting the interracial married couple / tenants as it was ONLY THEIR UNIT, and not the other Caucasian units that was caught up in their intentional lie!

Now let us address the issue of Stella Reddy and her sister Cindy Jones.

Now let us flash back to July 28, 2016 when Stella Reddy stated;

And yet during the month of September or October of 2016 Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio allowed their Property Manager Stella Reddy sister Cindy Jones move into the building, bringing along with her A BARBECUE!

So it appears that the whole time since July 28, 2016 while Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio and their Property Manager Stella Reddy were telling tenants with barbecues to remove them. Of which two tenants did actually remove and throw out their barbecues in fear of the threatened “landlord and Tenant Board for enforcement.”

Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy were making exceptions to their brand new rules for ALL TENANTS and now were playing favorites for Stella Reddy’s Caucasian sister Cindy Jones and her barbecue.

Just another interesting fact that Stella Reddy and Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and Anthony Liscio forgot to included and share in the legal document supplied to a Government of Canada institute when discussing BBQ in their attempts to portray the female of the interracial married couple / tenants as a stereotype, ill–mannered, and ill–tempered, loud, aggressive, demanding, and uncivilized Angry Black Woman ( Sapphire ).

And this is classic 101 discrimination and anti-black racism. What else can one say? Stella Reddy and her enablers dekleberatley lied to cast a negative light upon the the interacial married couple / tennats with the HRTO that they knew was not truthful.

The only question is why did the owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Lsicio suddenly have uissue with barbeques after 14 months of knwing they were in the building and on peoples balconines?
